We – the undersigned environmentalists, climate activists and environmental justice advocates – are excited to embrace a new vision for our country.

A vision that promotes clean production and safer substitutes for toxic chemicals, renewable energy and the phase-out of fossil fuels and nuclear power, a stable climate and climate justice, urban greenspaces and national parks, healthy food, equity and sustainability, vibrant oceans, mass transportation, and environmental justice for all.

A vision that pushes for a progressive economic agenda, fair trade and green jobs.

A vision that reduces poverty and inequality, raises wages, protects the health of workers and consumers, and enhances our democracy by getting big money out of politics.

Bernie Sanders shares this vision, and for this reason, we endorse his candidacy to become the next President of the United States of America.
